FitMirror AI is a Shopify application that provides AI-powered virtual try-on functionality for e-commerce stores. The service allows customers to upload photos and visualize how products would look on them using artificial intelligence.

3. Eligibility and Account

• You must have a valid Shopify store to use this App
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information

4. Credit-Based Pricing

• Credits are consumed each time a customer uses the try-on feature
• You can purchase credits as needed through the app dashboard
• Unused credits do not expire but are non-refundable
• Credit pricing is subject to change, with notice provided through publication of updated pricing in the app
• Low credit balance notifications will be sent to prevent service interruption (if you have enabled notifications)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the App in a way that could damage or overload our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Privacy

• Customer photos are processed in real-time and not stored
• Generated images are delivered and immediately deleted
• You are responsible for informing your customers about the try-on feature
• You must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• We reserve the right to refuse processing inappropriate content

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We reserve the right to suspend service for violations of these Terms
• Credits will not be refunded for temporary service interruptions

8. Intellectual Property

• FitMirror AI and all related technology are our intellectual property
• You retain ownership of your store content and customer data
• Generated try-on images are provided for your customers' use
• You may not reproduce or redistribute our AI technology

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Accuracy of AI-generated images
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Results or increased sales performance

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for credits in the past 12 months
• Third-party actions or misuse of the service

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate these Terms at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately
• Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination
• Survival clauses will remain in effect after termination

12. Governing Law
